Nothing is connected to the 230V, so I suppose this could be caused by the connexion plug to the central panel or box.

Hi jFrey04,

i guess the flashing and beeping should actually indicate, that you are starting the motor but you are still hocked up to a power plug. The control unit gets the signal from the AC battery charger which is located under the drivers seat (in my Columbus 540AD). It is a green or green and white wire if i recall it correct. I had to rewire it when i updated to my new Votronic Triple charger. When this wire gets 12V, the control unit assumes that the car is plugged in to AC.
So maybe your charger is broken or the wire got damaged or gets wrong signal from somewhere.

The control panel and the AC power unit are seated on different places, depending on your Westfalia model. Therefor you should indicate your model name and year to get specific help.
