I suspect the thermostat is defective, but I can't even remove the fridge!
We have a low refrigerator in a 641E. Vitrifrigo C95
The refrigerator seems to be fixed with four screws: two from the cabinet that holds the drawers under the sink and two from the small cabinet on the other side.
I removed these, but the fridge is still stuck.
The screw holes in the refrigerator do not appear to have been used during installation.
There is a mounting frame, but I don't see a way to remove it until the fridge is removed.

Yes we did, and had it repaired. All is good now.
The link above gives a great description, except in the 641 you can't remove the shower door as it doesn't open wide enough. ( you could remove it by unscrewing the hinges, but you don't need to)
