I was aware that I was not alone. The dealer has explained to me that they have seen this issue on a number of vehicles.
This is not a temperature difference issue as it occured immediately after collection and before the heater system was used.
The gap is such that condensation is now dripping outside of the bathroom and getting under wood structures despite shower mats and wiping away condensation.
At the UK motorshow I spoke with the main man who gave me a condescending lecture on how to take a shower.
He reassured me that they were looking into the matter and that when a replacement had been designed they would replace mine under warranty. He suggested that would take about six months or so. It's that now.
I really don't think Westfalia consider this a problem.
Obviously there are some doors that don't warp. I'm tempted to just take my chances and get a replacement in the hope it is OK.
It is certainly not ' within tolerances of a bespoke cabinet'.
